Hi apologies if this has been raised before. I have just started using the software and so far it works fine ( for my purposes).
However I have noticed one drawback in my situation, I remote view via a 12-inch screen into my desktop and even though i have played with the settings, the remote view of the screen will not resize to fit my 2-in-1 and i have to move around the remote screen using the vertical/horizontal sliders when something is out of view; this is a bit of a pain, is there something i am not doing correctly? is there a way of resizing downwards rather than what appears to be larger under the normal settings?

Hello Gareth,

Thank you for your message.

This happens because the remote monitor resolution is higher than your local monitor resolution. Currently, the only way to fit the entire remote screen image into your local screen is to shrink it using the "screen view" options. In the Full Control mode toolbar click the Additional properties icon and select a desired mode - it might be either Stretch or Full Screen stretch.

That said, if you still want to see the remote screen "pixel for pixel" (1:1) you can stay in the Normal mode and make sure that you have "Advanced mouse scroll" option enabled in Connection properties (Mode tab). This lets you scroll to a given direction by simply moving your mouse pointer closer to the edge in that direction.

Hope that helps. Let me know if you have other questions.

Just joined after leaving team-viewer, and Remote utilities works great so far, as i said for my uses anyway.
