I have the new version of the Viewer installed (7.9.0.0) on my computer. I just installed a fresh copy of the agent (7.9.0.0) on another computer. I have generated an Internet ID and when I try and connect it doesn't work. It acts like it is offline but the host shows that it is ready for a connection. The host even shows that it is ready for a connection.
I have tried this on several computers and all seem to have to same symptoms. I also tried generating a new Internet ID with the same results.
Any help is appreciated.

Hello Garrett,
Thanks for the details.
If the Agent shows "Ready for connection", it has reached our servers, so the problem is on the Viewer's side: the Viewer can't see the Agent's registration. Since this happens with every computer you try, the likely cause is the Viewer machine reaching the Internet-ID servers.
Yesterday our public servers had an outage, and it was fixed by moving to a backup server with new DNS records. A machine that still has the old address cached keeps connecting to the old server. Please try this on the Viewer computer:
If it still shows offline, please try the same Internet-ID from a Viewer on a different network (a laptop on a phone hotspot will do). If it connects there, the cause is in your network, for example a firewall or filtering DNS blocking the Internet-ID servers on ports 5655 and 443. In that case, please post the Viewer's connection log lines from a failed attempt (with your Internet-IDs removed, since this forum is public).
Hope that helps.

- Open a command prompt and run
ipconfig /flushdns
