cant connect to any pc since this morning

today my client called me and said he cant connect to any pc in his to diffrent offices
each office has about 5 computer with remote host on them.
i am now at the client's office and i insatlled the viewer on one of the computer and i still cant connect to any of the other computers, i checked the internet id of the computers and it is correct.

any idea on what to check next?

Could you please try to execute "ping" command in your command line on both computers and tell me what do you get for an answer.

From office computer i get replay, i will be home in a few min and i will try from there as well.

another update: i just noticed there is an active directory computers in the viewer, when i try to connect to the same computer from there (computer name ks2 for exp) it connect fine, but when i connect thru my exported list to the same computer it dosent work.
maybe when i connect thru the active directory it connect thru inside the network and dont go thru the inretnet?

ok,now everything is working again.
i didnt do anything it just started working
i guss there was a server problem which just got solved
