Error update to 7.0.2.0

Hello:

I try to update Viewer 7.0.0.1 to latest version 7.0.2.0 and the update fails. It fails from "Help -> Check for updates" and also fails to download and run the latest version.

I attach images of the errors that I get.

Hi Pedro,

Thank you for your message.

Please, try the following:

1. Completely remove Viewer as described here.
2. Locate and remove the folder C:\ProgramData\Remote Utilities (the PrograData folder may be hidden).
3. Downloadthe latest version of Viewer and install it.

Thanks for your answer.

I can't uninstall Viewer because I get the same error from the image in my previous message: .msi file is missing

Also, do I lose my free license when Viewer is uninstalled?

Hello Pedro,

This is an issue with MSI installer on your computer. Please, try this fix tool from Microsoft:

I keep the Microsoft utility in case I need it for another program ...
