Hi! This is not a issue, just a question. When i drag a file directly to the remote connection, y first get the "fobidden" cursor for about 2 seconds, and then it changes and i can release my file. The same happens when copying to clipboard: if i just paste inmediatly, it doesnt work. If i wait about 2 seconds, it paste what i've copied. I just want to know: Is this a normal behavior, can i modify this "timer", or its a bug?
Yes i did! Several times. Sometimes, i can see it at first, but when i access for the second time, its already gone. I algo tried to delete all files on C:\Program Files (x86)\Remote Utilities - Server\data, but it keeps happening :(
I was trying out the server roles, address book sync to be more specific. Im having this problem: The address book just desappears. Sometimes (just sometimes) if i manually stop and start the mini internet ID service, the address book reappears. But most of the times, it doesnt. I show you an image:
I cant create a new one, i cant right click, if i press "Edit" nothing happens.
This is happening both in 220.127.116.11 and the new beta 18.104.22.168..
It isn't the Agent that blocks input. It's Windows that doesn't allow a program with insufficient privileges to remotely control UAC.
The good news is that in version 6.9 we'll add an ability to run the Agent with elevated privileges (provided that you know remote pc local admin account password) and "convert" it to the Host, if necessary.
