remoteutilities.com and remoteutilities.net on AVG Blacklist

Attempting to connect to remoteutilities.com and remoteutilities.net to remotely upgrade my clients remotely to Host host-7.5.1.0 , receiving errors that it is blocked on the target machines, all running AVG for Business Antivirus, and that both domains are on their blacklist

Adding the two domains with the * marker to signify entire domain, does nothing, connection to upgrade through simple upgrade options triggers block by AVG

This is impossible, please help

Thank you for your report. We will submit a false positive to AVG. We also encourage you to do the same from within the program.

Thanks Conrad, hopefully that fixes this issue sooner than later, cause this kind of thing happening is plainly unacceptable
This is happening because they (a/v engines) copycat the same detections and classifications from one another :)

I keep getting a warning from Norton (my antivirus program) that it is blocking connections to Blacklist, bot.net.  I assume this is because of Remote Utilities, which I've used for years.  How do I report a false positive within the program?

Thank you for the report. Could you let us know which Remote Utilities IP address Norton is flagging? We would like to contact them about this as well.
