question about the major releases?

- what is the major release cadence? every 2 years?

- how many years can I use an old major release?

- if I want to upgrade my licenses to a major release, what discounts are applied (the old or new price)?

- looks like RU will have a good position in the market, but I wonder why the UI is still not that nice compared to other remote support solutions?

Hello Geek,

We do not have a strict release schedule. Mostly because we do not like to unnecessary squeeze upgrade money from our customers unlike many other competitors with nice UIs.

You can use it forever.

- if I want to upgrade my licenses to a major release, what discounts are applied (the old or new price)?
