Problem renaming a file

RU 6.10.10, Windows 10 1903
When I try to rename a file RU either freezes for minutes before allowing the change or locks up completely - can't do anything on the remote PC
Have similar problem trying to enter a password when accessing an application or website on the remote PC

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce the issue. The next time the Viewer freezes could you please try checking the Pause icon in the toolbar menu to see if Pause is enabled and try disabling it?
