Set up standard or customized alerts to notify you when critical thresholds are met, for example, when critical bottlenecks are forming, when disk space falls below 5 percent or when new software has been installed without IT‘s approval. Understand immediately where attention is needed and why. Receive alert notification by email, IM or SMS.
Thank you for your suggestions. However, this one along with the other two posted recently (patch management and service desk) require shifting from pure remote access solution to a more general (and more expensive) IT management software. Although we do consider expanding in that direction at some point in the future, this may not be our immediate priority.
