How can you remotely query to find out on machines the RUT-Host if you have installed it with some other app?

Please provide some way to manage operators in the future were we can see who is connected to what computer and how many operators are currently using channels.

A suggestion is to add a box.com, google drive, some type of cloud sync account that you can sync universally.

Do you have some API that 3rd party software can integrate into your software?

Remote Utilities is not available as an exe installer. For now MSI only.

That is understandable but if you introduce this as a feature with admin rights then you will have something not many remote support software has.

Set up standard or customized alerts to notify you when critical thresholds are met, for example, when critical bottlenecks are forming, when disk space falls below 5 percent or when new software has been installed without IT‘s approval. Understand immediately where attention is needed and why. Receive alert notification by email, IM or SMS.

It would be nice if there was a cloud or local based Ticket based system that you could tie a computer into for giving users a way to keep tickets on per computer issues.
