Could you please clarify if I'm right in assuming that it's not possible to view the entire QuickBooks application window in the
Full Control and View mode? If this is the case, could you please clarify which
screen view mode do you use? In addition, please try using the
Stretch view or the
Fullscreen stretch view and see if it helps to resolve the issue.
If you mean something else, could you please elaborate a bit on the issue? Also, it would be helpful if you could send us a screenshot of the issue. You can send it to support@remoteutilities.com if you don't want to share it in the Community.
