When I remote into my Windows 10 host machine and access QuickBooks, it cuts off part of the application and I'm unable to access it. I tried adjusting the viewer and host settings but it still cuts off the right side of the application. Please advise.
Could you please clarify if I’m right in assuming that you’re trying to establish a connection using the Internet-ID connection method? If this is the case, please try referring to this KB article before we proceed to further troubleshooting and see if any of the solutions that are listed helps to resolve the issue.

Polina, thank you. This KB helped. It was the service that was off I had to turn it back on. But it turned off again. I suspect it's Kasperski disabling it. I will have to adjust the settings.
