unable to unistall ru viewer version 6.3.0.6

I'm trying to upgrade to the latest version of the viewer. The upgrade process is trying to uninstall the current version of the viewer and requires "viewer6.3.msi" which I can't locate on my computer and can't find on the website.
Can someone please help me uninstall viewer version 6.3.0.6 ?

It might be a problem with msi temporary files/cache. This knowledge base article can help:
