Problems Updating due to missing viewer_70010.msi

I haven't been able to update my viewer software for a long time now. It pops up with the error unable to find the file viewer_70010.msi
I'm assuming it's trying to uninstall an old version before installing the newest. Is there any way to get this file or a workaround.

Hi Jeff,

You should try the Microsoft tool mentioned in this KB article https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/kb/cannot-uninstall-old-version-and-update-to-new-version/.
