Has anyone come up with a solution to the login issues it seems everyone is having a problem with.

Out of the 19 Media Players we have I can login to 8. The others when I cannot open the others. It shows online then when I try to login it tries repeatedly to connect and then cannot connect, or I get this screen on most displays.

Thank you for the clarification.

Could you please send us the most recent Host logs fr om the remote machines wh ere the issue occurs? You can locate the log files in the following folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Remote Utilities - Host\Logs\ and send them to [email protected] for examination.
