Out of the 19 Media Players we have I can login to 8. The others when I cannot open the others. It shows online then when I try to login it tries repeatedly to connect and then cannot connect, or I get this screen on most displays.

Has anyone come up with a solution to the login issues it seems everyone is having a problem with.
