See viewer screen on host

I'm up to date on remote utilities (7.6.2.0) host & viewer.
My main computer is the host and my laptop viewer.
when I login I can see the host screen on the laptop (viewer).

But how can I see the laptop (viewer) screen on the host?
I know this works as I have used it years ago but now I seem to be unable to get it to work and the knowledge base here has zero results on that matter.

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, Remote Utilities does not support the feature that allows you to view the Viewer’s screen from your Host computer. In order to do so, you would need to install Host or run Agent on your Viewer computer and run Viewer on your Host machine respectively.
