[Resolved] See viewer screen on host
Support level: Free or trial
I'm up to date on remote utilities (7.6.2.0) host & viewer.
My main computer is the host and my laptop viewer.
when I login I can see the host screen on the laptop (viewer).
But how can I see the laptop (viewer) screen on the host?
I know this works as I have used it years ago but now I seem to be unable to get it to work and the knowledge base here has zero results on that matter.

file transfer "sort by create date" missing
Support level: Free or trial
When opening the file transfer window the following columns are present:
name, file type, size, modified[date], attributes
There apparently is no "create date" that can be invoked.
I do not care about attributes. They are irrelevant.
I need to find sometimes files by "create date", to me the most important and real date whereas a "modified date" can be very deceptive.
For example: I want a file that relates to e.g. fiscal year 2018 but whose name I've forgotten.
The problem is now under the file transfer window the "modified date" only column shows me all the files that have been in recent times opened (Which can be many) but are of course in random order relative to the "create date".
There appears no option to sort it by create date which will be much more helpful!
