I forgot address book encryption password. What should I do?

Unfortunately, you cannot restore access to your address book if you forget your encryption passphrase. Do not confuse the encryption passphrase (used to encrypt your address book) with the Host access password—these are two different things.

A good example is a cryptocurrency wallet for which only you know the private key. If you forget or lose your private key, your money stored in that crypto wallet is gone forever.
