Thanks.  So if that Usoris folder doesn't even exist, I'm safe assuming it's all gone?

How can I confirm that I have completely removed/deleted/uninstalled Remote Utilities fr om my computer?  Tech support installed it without asking my permission.  I want it gone.  I have followed steps on this site for removal.  I don't want instructions on removing.  I want a way to confirm that process thoroughly removed everything.  Wh ere on my computer would I look and what would I look for to prove to myself that it is all gone?
