Address Book Error

Signing into the RU server from the viewer. I know my credentials are correct, so I don't know what changed. I prefer signing in because if there are any changes in active directory they will sync with the viewer.

Address Book Error

Hello,
I'm getting and address book error, invalid username and password when I try to sign in to RU. It's the same domain login I've always used. I'm not sure where to check for this error. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Host Showing Online, but stuck on connecting

That seemed to fix it. Thanks!

Host Showing Online, but stuck on connecting

Hello, I'm having issues with connecting to a host. It just sits and says it's connecting. I've noticed this issue before if I have a computer on the network, but no monitor attached. This isn't the case with this host. I reinstalled RU on the host, but it made no difference. When I look at the status in the systray it is red like it's connected. Any help would be appreciated.

Viewer Version : 7.6.2.0
Host Version : 7.6.2.0
Viewer OS : Windows 11
Host OS : Windows 10

Thanks,

Patrick Riley

Windows Authentication

Do you have a resolution for this? I would like the authentication on the host to be set automatically when I do a remote install.

Windows Authentication

Yes, host installation always set up the authentication automatically. I always run the remote installation. Not sure why that stopped working. Do I need to create another installer?

Windows Authentication

Correction, all of my hosts are set to auto for authentication.

Windows Authentication

Whenever I set up a new computer and install RU, I have to manually add the authentication. I never had to do this before. I use Windows Authentication. It always added the users automatically. How do I change this? Thank you.

Windows Security Authorization Error

Hello,

I have an issue with one host. It prompts for a login and the host user's credentials don't work, and neither do my admin credentials. I think I've had this problem in the past and never did find a resolution. I ended up reinstalling windows anyway. I'd like to know if there is a fix for this. All of the hosts are set to auto for authentication. Thank you.

Wake On LAN

Are the link lights on for the ethernet adapter when the computer is shut down?
