Hi. We've got RU v6.10.10.0. In the viewer application, all of the thumbnails display the correct orientation of the client screens. When viewing or controlling the clients directly, the orientation or size of the client screens is sometimes not correct. For example, we have a machine that is displaying content with two TVs in portrait mode. The client computer reflects this orientation in the video settings. The thumbnail for the client shows the correct dimensions and orientation for the screens. However, when viewing or controlling that client, the orientation and size of the screens is inaccurate . It doesn't seem to matter if the client has single or multiple screens. It doesn't seem to matter if the screens are in landscape or portrait mode. Some of them work and some do not.

Any help would be appreciated.
