I'm trying to install RU Server on Windows 10 Home (64 bits), but when I double click the executable file (and after admin permission clicking) nothings happens - no form on screen - no error message - nothing. When I try to install the previous version (2.8) all works well. Perhaps the executable file (3.0.0.0) has some glitch / or problem. Can someone check?
