Update took care of the problem. And let me say the updates are so easy now, including the RU Server. When I updated from 2.6 to 2.9 it took almost 4 hours (probably my fault) to get everything working again. This update to 3.0 worked like a charm with no intervention from me. Thanks!
After the update from 6.10 to 7.0.02 I log into RU Server then try to connect to a host with Full Control. The host screen will come up but I have no control. It's like it is in viewer mode only. I close the connection without logging off the host then I have full control on the second try. Anyone else experiencing this problem and if so, do you have a solution?
I Ihave had a free license since 6/13/2018. During a storm last night something happen to my laptop. I had to reinstall the viewer. I tried to add my license into the viewer but it does not accept the license. I requested a recovery Key so I know I have the right license but the viewer would not accept it either. Any help would be appreciated.
