just a handy hint with Google create a new account specifically for the remote desktop usage that can stay logged in the background, the downside with Google is more susceptible to bandwidth issue etc, hence why i onle use it as a back, Remote Utilities is the best i have found, we even have a cooperate  [censored] account which apart from being horrendously expensive again is also bandwidth hungry

no agent running on my Viewer machine, i also use the Internet server for IDs, Running latest updates to Windows 10, there was an update recently , but after half my clients disconnected the other day and reconnected a few hours later, only my office client did not reconnect. all the clients are distributed around the country as they are used as playout machines for radio services. The remote units are running Windows 10 , but are locked down and do not receive and updates etc, they are all standalone with various connectivity methods, 4G dongles some on LAN etc, oh have Google remote desktop for them as a back door incase

as an experiment i generated a new ID on the client which it did restarted the host , no connection still. what is interesting is the client can connect to servers to get a new ID so yes its a bit baffling. i will talk with our IT people Monday to see if changes have been done to our network,

As to your question no no changes to address book i have 22 clients except to the test i just did

Update from me, one of my clients which happens to be in my workshop is still not connecting , our Internet Provider is iInet , Asaf what is you provider wondering if thats a possible issue, my unit  is in a corporate environment., all my other clients which are connected are various connection methods etc but not through that particular provider

Hi i have lost connectivity to number of hosts using your servers also, i can access most with Google remote desktop , and the icon is greyed out on all of them, some of  the hosts are connected via 4G data devices and some fixed line connections, i am In Australia this started a few hours ago my time

UPDATE .. they have now reconnected, must have been a glitch in the Matrix ..

gathered that, in the past even a restart they stuck but since the last update it worked ok for a few days using Galaxy Note 10 2016 Oreo

im using the android version, it is up to date. i managed to enter 13 but it would not take anymore, it was deleting the last entry in the list, unfortunatly over night all entries have dissapeared. cant wait for a phone book version, its a pain entrying them all the time

i have purchased a starter licence, i have noticed that i can only have 12 hosts in the app. as i add previous ones disappear, whats the limit on the android app at this stage?

Windows 10 Home no issue, was about to rollout a Pro upgrade to me units

had a similar issue discovered that i was installing a newer host version on new hosts, once i upgraded Viewer all came good, what i have noticed though is i have upgraded my older hosts but  the viewer still show that they are running an older version until i log in .. happens each time ive have rebooted my laptop.0
