Tap action is perfect now, thanks for the quick turnaround there!

A really nice feature for the default tap option would be to have it set either to "nothing" or to give the same menu of all connection types the same as when you tap the arrow at the end of the entry.

I've accidentally connected to a couple machines I didn't intend to scrolling through the list including one client machine which immediately got a panicked phone call wanted to know why their computer said someone was controlling it (obviously they know my support software is installed they just never had a reason to know its name heh). Bright side I know their immediate response to someone being on their computer is to call me!

Small issue and I've worked around it for now by making the default tap option the connection properties which negates the problem, but a minor QoL update for sure.

Thanks Conrad, appreciate it's still on the horizon.. love everything about RU other than needing to maintain a Windows server!

Fantastic! This is the app I've been waiting for, as I use a custom server with large address books.

Also the app is live on iOS as of about 7 hours ago.  Gave it a go on an iPad, absolutely brilliant... minus one problem. Despite having a commercial license the "Your computer has been connected in a remote session..." popup appears. I assume this is because the app does not know what my license is?

I have my license keys loaded onto the server, any way for me to import them or otherwise register the license with the app?

Old topic I know but with the new viewers on iOS/Android thought I'd check back on this one...

RU is the sole Windows Server I run at significantly higher cost to every other server/service I manage... it's been 5 years, any word on when we might expect to be able to run one on Linux?

1. Host Settings -> Internet-ID settings.
2. Connections Properties -> Internet-ID connection.
In case both directories already have the correct custom Server selected, please let us know if the issue occurs for all of your remote Hosts or only for one specific remote machine.

HI Pauline - yes, all of my hosts were deployed using a custom MSI pointing to my server. I've never used the public RU servers and am logged into the viewer using Custom Server Authentication.

Why am I seeing entries connecting to "id72.remoteutilities.com:5655"?

So just some feedback about what would make this useful for myself:

1. Headless install (vital, as 99%+ of the linux machines I manage are servers without a GUI).
2. Remote command line.
3. Internet-ID.

Anything else would just be a nice to have, but being able to pull up console access from RU for linux servers would be huge.

Is there any news about this? Still can't connect to a custom server URL and have the address book sync up, something that would make the iOS client actually usable.

As it is I'm having to use a second solution just for mobile devices and it's fast reaching the point where RU is just becoming a backup utility.

Every time this is asked "updates are coming" but there hasn't been a single update/blog post/news of any sort.
