Have you considered ever making a youtube video on installing the software on a computer set up as a server for the computers to connect to? sitting behind a firewall like a sonic wall unit? would be helpfull

Is there a way to restrict a user from connecting to there computer during certain hours?

That would be Awesome, I know a tutorial on setting up our own server for say 5 computers or more would be excellent plus it would free up some of your resources too!  GREAT NEWS Cant wait!

Have you considered making a video on Youtube  or else where,  showing  a tutorial on adding this feature so we can connect directly. This I think would be a HUGE help for us that just don't get it???

Mine says the certificate is invalid

When I come to the Remote Utilities Site I keep getting that error Untrusted certificate and have to click on continue to untrusted site, in IE and in chrome it just plain old blocks me period. What can I do to fix this on your website??

yes I am trying to match monitor to monitor, I guess it will not work. As far as the work around I would need a higher end graphics car in my laptop to do that.

I guess I will just have to see both of my work monitors in 1 screen on my laptop and forget the attached other screen.
