We have around 250 headless Windows 10 devices across North America that we would potentially need to connect to remotely (they are not on our network or Active Directory). We cannot have any user intervention to install Remote Utilities or to run a remote control session. To clarify, even the users of these machines can’t log into their own devices as it is a plug-and-play device without a monitor/UI. We only need to log in when we need to assess any issues with their machines.
Is there a way to create an installer for Remote Utilities Host that we can deploy from our AWS server which can be done completely silently? We also need to have a secure, encrypted connection and do this without configuring any firewalls.
Could you give me some insight into how we could achieve this, or if it's even possible?
Thanks!
