Turns out the host wasn't launching correctly so I followed an old thread, deleted the entry from the registry and re-installed and its working fine now.

Hello there,

We use your software to connect using Internet-ID to two of our computers, we can connect to one of the computers fine, but the other constantly shows offline in the Viewer?

We have gone through all the relevant articles, checked firewall, anti-virus etc but still no joy?

Any advice would be grateful?
