Dear Support,
First of all, thank you for providing such a wonderful product - for free!
I have been testing Remote Utilities to support users outside our network and it has been working lovely so far.
Now that I know we can use Remote Utilities for these remote users, I would like to introduce your product to my colleagues who will be taking similar roles.
From the EULA, I understand that an organization or a person cannot hold multiple free licenses. Currently, I have a free license registered with my own name and e-mail address.
I would like to either :
(a) change owner name and contact information to my organization, or
(b) unregister myself and register my organization as a new user.
What will be the best way round to transfer the ownership of the license, and how would I be able to achieve this?

Hello Arin,
Thank you for your message.
That is what you should do:
1. Unregister all your Hosts
(Right click on the connection thumbnail -> Register remote Host -> Unregister -> OK)
2. Remove old key from the License key storage
(Help -> License key storage -> Right click -> Remove selected key)
3. Get a new Free license key with the correct information about your organisation.
4. Register all your Hosts with the new key.
Don't hesitate to ask me, if you have any questions.

Hello, Anton.
Thank you for getting back quickly.
I will follow the instructions and re-register accordingly!
Another question.
One of the laptops will be based overseas and may possibly get IT support from a local company not related to us. *IF* they happened to use Remote Utilities as well, can this laptop's host hold multiple registration keys?

Hello Arin,
I am sorry, I accidentally missed your question.
No, Host can't be registered with multiply licenses.
Let me know, if you need further assistance.
