since last upgrade i have problem with upper caractere

since last upgrade i have probleme with remote keyboard. i can't make UPPER letter and also i can't use the "@" on keyboard and many other caractere. why this bug. my keyboard are "ENGLISH UNITED STATE" KEYBOARD ARE "US KEYBOARD" the windows are "windows 2012 server r2" i use remote utility since 10 year and on old release i don't have this problem. i test many but i don't have solution. right now i'm using [censored] home. need help, thanks

Thank you for your message.

Please try enabling the Legacy keyboard input mode. To enable it please follow these steps:
1. In the main Viewer window right-click on the remote Host and choose Properties.
2. Navigate to the tab Remote Screen -> Mode.
3. Enable the checkbox Use legacy keyboard input mode:
