Is it possible, when using the agent, to restart the remote PC and automatically reconnect afterwards without requiring a new user login? Similar to the behavior provided by [censored] QuickSupport.

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, since Agent module is meant for spontaneous attended remote sessions, you would need a remote user restart Agent after the remote machine is restarted. However, you can simply use Host instead since it runs in a background as a service and starts up automatically upon the system start.
