Is it possible to configure the Host software of Remote Utilities so that only one user may view the remote computer at a time?

The scenario is this:  The remote computer is meant to be shared amongst several users (to access programs specifically installed on that computer).  However, only one user should be able to remotely control the computer at a time.  If someone is already controlling the remote computer, the next user who tries to control it should receive a message like "Sorry, the remote computer is already being controlled by xxxxxx at IP address a.b.c.d".  

Is that scenario possible?
