Always Lost connection to Host

There are some PC-Host that I installed in this company cannot be connected after 2-3days. I always need to do start/restart or reinstall remotely. If both doesn't work, i need to go down and install it manually on that particular PC. I already add exception in antivirus for Remote Utilities - Host.

i already install remote utilities host in user's pc. so i manage to connect that pc. okay so now, after a few days, i am unable to connect to that pc anymore. then the next few days i manage to connect to it again, then it went back to unable to connect. why is that ?

Installation via GPO unsuccessful, CIS Standards

Hi. My team followed the steps to push-install Host via GPO across all PC within our domain and restarted our AD. However, after we scanned for RU Host, it's still not installed inside their PC after they restart their PC. We apply CIS Standards within our domain, does this have something to do with this failure ?
