Do I need to uninstall the Host from each remote computer before installing the new version remotely to each pc?

When I connect to a remote computer on the Android app (on my tablet or phone), connection seems to get established but all I get is a blank screen.  Is there something I need to do to be able to see the remote screen?

On the remote computer this notice is displayed continuously just above the system tray

This is making it difficult to recognise the icons in the expanded system tray and gets in the way of someone sitting at the remote computer and working with me at the same time.
I appreciate the reason to show the message but it would be much better if there is an option to turn it off or at least be able to move it to another part of the screen.
