Dear Remote Utilities administrators and developers,
it has been quite a few years since I started to use the outstandingly impressive software you created. However, a couple of months ago a truly annoying warning message started to pop up at the corner of the screen, thus diminishing the work comfort and convenience. To this very post, I have attached a relevant screenshot. The warning pop-up window says “Your computer has been connected in a remote session […]”. That window affected the efficiency very deeply as in some types of software it pops up right in front of a zoom-in-and-out control slider. There still is a possibility to use the controller even though it is obscured by the warning window but the visibility is so severely impeded now.
I would hereby like to kindly ask you for taking this significant inconvenience into consideration and at the same time I could even come up with some suggestions:
• An option of clicking “Yes, I am aware that my computer has been connected in a remote session […]” after which the pop-up warning window would disappear.
• An option for you to undo this update and to get rid of that pop-up warning totally so the software can again be used as it was before.
• A dynamic option of freely choosing the area of a screen to locate the pop-up warning at any moment the user wishes to.
I truly hope my impressions and opinion about being a Remote Utilities’ latest update’s user is going to be carefully taken into consideration and that the above-mentioned impediments are going to be eliminated.
Hence, I would like to sincerely thank you in advance for that.
Yours faithfully
