[Resolved] Windows 10 7.1.7.0 not able to connect to hosts with viewer

I have the same problems today. I can connect by IP but not via ID. What is going on?

Guys, you can't do anything because it is not your problem. It is problem with id.remoteutilities.com and I am 100% sure that RU know that but just don't want to tell you.
