seems to be the same issue as back in May 2022

same issue here.  same as it was a few months back.  MAJOR problem.  remote utilities is down, I'm down.

I seem to be back up at this current point in time but it's been spotty on & off earlier today.

Same thing again as last week !   All hosts say online, try to connect and it says connecting and just spins and spins and never connects to the host. EXACTLY SAME ISSUE AS LAST WEEK.  I can not afford to lose another entire day like last week.  I'm still behind because of last weeks issue !  Please fix ASAP in NH

certainly hope RU fixes this problem by tomorrow morning.  I can't afford another day of zero productivity !!!

still down.....lost an entire day's work because of this....

apparently if your host is a windows 10 machine you can go in through quick assist.  You'll need someone at your host to go to the desktop, start menu, and search quick assist and allow you access.  Which isn't always easy if there isn't anyone available...
