Hello, We are using Myrtille so we can start "remote applications from URL"

For User1:
I started the Remote Utilities application and then under manage > server manager i added a server, and i signed in with my account.
When i start a connection from the Myrtille URL everything works fine. So it open the Remote Utilities application and sets up the connection.

Because we have a lot of user and i don't want to log in to the server with every account start the application then add the server and log in.

So what i did for User2 was:
Copied from  the APPDATA folder the  Config_4 and Connections_4 xml from User 1 to User 2

Now when i try to start the connection from the URL:
The Remote Utilities application is started the sign in is done, but it never starts the connection.

If someone can help me it would be appreciated.
