I am also having issues and I have a purchased license. I connect to a host every day to get tickets done and I am setback so much from this connection issue. Currently looking for any fixes. Please help!
I am having trouble connecting to older host versions (6.x.x.x). I had the temporary key, however, it has expired yesterday 2/14. I have some computer's that are hours away from where I am and I want to find out how to update them remotely. Do I need to purchase a full license? I have already used a free key from my email and that did not allow me to connect to them still. I have my viewer updated to the latest version, we have so much computers using the previous host versions and hope we can push updates rather than going to each computer and updating them manually
