[win10] Can't login to any of my windows account.

I have a problem logging into the system. Immediately after booting the system when the login screen appears I get the error "Fatal error. Rfusclient.exe not found." This error prevents me from doing anything on the screen. I can't see the accounts, I can't actually see anything except the wallpaper.
The only thing I discovered is that when I go from the DELL logo to the login screen, when I press the combinations ctrl + alt + del, there are accounts to choose from and I can enter the password. But it does not do anything because after entering the password and pressing enter, the account starts to load indefinitely (the circle is constantly spinning).
For information, I will add: The laptop is business. I have an admin. I have an unlocked BIOS. I can't start safe mode because the drive is encrypted by BitLocker (of course I don't have the key).
I didn't ever use remote utilities. It has come with update from dell? I don't know. I saw it a couple of days ago near the clock.
So how to fix it?
