I have an License Key for "Remote Utilities (per operator)" bought on 11 April 2015 using my email.
That licence has the extension htm and the text starts with RUT-H.
That license no longer works on the updated Viewer versions.
I tried the "Recover Lost Key" but your website replies that my email has no keys registered.However I do have a key registered (the Operator licence key).
I also tried changing the extension from "htm" to "rlicense" but that did not work.
Could you please advise on how to use my licence on the latest Viewer editions?
I also note that every time the Viewer is updated i need to enter again the licence. Is there a way of avoiding that?
