Is there any update on this? Having the same problem with computers on the same LAN. I dont really see any settings for WoL, either in host or on the server configuration. Side note: we use a third party program that has a WoL function, and it works with the computer we are testing this on.

Hello,
We are using what I believe is the current version on all machines in question, being 7.6.2.0, for both the host machine, and the viewer that is installed.

Hello,
We have users who we are moving to use file transfer on remote utilities, however we have received many complaints regarding accessing some of the folders on the machines. They can connect just fine, but when trying to open certain folders on these machines, it crashes Remote Utilities entirely. I have experienced this myself as well. I was wondering if there are any mitigations (particularly folder size) that file transfer has? They have not tried to move any files over, it is just opening the folder themselves. They are all licensed as well (using a site license).

We downloaded viewer-7.6.2.0.exe from remoteutilities.com/download and are receiving the following from Defender:
Trojan:Win32/Suschil!rfn
This program is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker.
file: [redacted]\AppData\Local\Temp\{98323EAD-B807-4D12-963D-5C8A7E41EDA8}\viewer-7.6.2.0.msi
Any help would be appreciated

Our firewall is blocking http://update.remoteutilities.net/host-7.5.1.0.exe on machines that have remote utilities installed.
Is this a legitimate update domain owned by RU?
