Hello Polina:
Thank you for your response.
I was using the Internet-ID Connection.

Based on your response, the below are the steps:
1. Connect to AnyConnect cisco vpn on the host machine.
2. Run the host agent.
3. Take the IP address from system tray. It shows 3 IP addresses starting with 10.X.X.X - 192.X.X.X - 169.X.X.X
4. Use the 192.X and connect with the viewer.

Both the viewer and host are NOT in the same LAN, So shouid i use 192.X.X.X ??

Please confirm if i have to do anything else.

We have host v6.10.10 installed on windows 10. AnyConnect secure client is used to connect the office network.
Viewer v 6.10.10 is used to connect to the host. If i connect to host first and then connect to AnyConnect, Anyconnect fails to connect to the office network.
If ANyconnect is connected first, Viewer cannot connect to host.

Connection CANNOT be made to the host when the Anyconnect vpn is connected.

How can i connect to the host with Anyconnect secure client connected ??
Please advise
