Hello, I am using Windows 11 with Viewer version 7.0.2.0. I get a message to update, but when I try, the update fails with the message can not remove old version.

I have taken screenshots of the process, can you help please

Hello Polina I have checked and It is a 32 bit system will this be a problem ?

Hello I am trying to install viewer 1.0.2.b2 on a lenovo a 3000-N-100. When I execute viewer in a terminal I get the error code bash: ./viewer/: cannot execute binary file: format error can you help please
