User shrugs shoulders and unsubscribes from thread realizing that the vendor has no intention of ever honoring their word.

"Your computer has been connected to a remote session." window covers up the toolbar and tray.  Is there some way to position this to another part of the screen???  It makes remotely controlling a client desktop very difficult.
