Version 6.10.3.0 Product is registered (PRO)
We have a new staff member taking over a position. he is using the same Windows 10 machine as the last person to have used the RU viewer. We have a license for 2 users, one of which is me. When the new user tries to use the viewer, he in informed that he needs to enter the license from the .rlicense file. I have the key in .txt format, but we are unable to get it to install that way.
