I am currently having an issue were the remote host PC that I am connecting to using viewer is Blanking out the host computers screen. The Host computer doesn't have the Monitor driver installed and the viewing computer doesn't have the Blank the Host's Screen setting checked in the additional properties. Any ideas to solve this issue would be nice.

The problem only happens once I try go into full control. Once I go into full control I can see the desktop screen but the user on the host PC gets a blank screen. I checked the additional properties everytime to see if blank the screen was checked but it wasn't. The image attached is how I always keep my additional properties.

I'm currently connecting to host PC thru viewer, but every time I connect to the host the User of that PC tells me that their screen is going black. I've checked my settings and I do not have the box for blank the host's screen checked. This has only started happening recently.
