Hi, Polina.

I'm sure that there is no problem on RDP-side, I think that RU has some problem on RDP Internet-ID "tunnel".
I make similar RDP-tunnel on other remote utils (TeamVie-r and other) and there is no errors.

But after some seconds it's disconnected and I can't to reconnect to host.

In local lan or vpn I have no RDP disconnects and errors to connect just after disconnect.

As I see there is no way to fix my error until new version.
When is the new version come in?

In your response I saw no RU and any recommends to fix.

What do you mean by "works together with RU"?
How can I fix this bug on RDP-over-ID before official fix?

Hi.

I have an error to RDP-connection.

I successfully connect to remote host by RDP. But after some seconds it's disconnected and I can't to reconnect to host.
When I direct connect to host I see that's very slow working on auth window. But when I login - host is working normal (not slow).
I used last versions host soft (on Win7) and viewer(Win10).
Please, help me.

Hi.

RDP on remote server enabled (I tested RDP in remote LAN).
But when I connecting to RDP-mode I see the popup (localhost:{some rnd-port}) and an connect error.
I connected with Full-access-mode on remote PC.
RMS host and viewer is the last version.

Please, help me.
