I did this, and while installing, I did not get an error. When I tried to connect to this machine, I was able to. I can now control the mouse and keyboard. Thank you so much for your help!

We have a laptop that seems to constantly throw the attached error while trying to install. The software will continue installation if ignored, but when we attempt to remote control the pc, the mouse and keyboard do not work. Any ideas? Thanks!
